The 16 courts on the bottom floor are for those with membership only. The 16 courts on the top floor can be utilized by members or non-members. I’ve only played on the top floor. There is a store where you can buy pickleball equipment or refreshments. The people who play there are friendly. The only reason I rate this as a 4-star venue is because of the air conditioning which is inconsistent. I understand they have been working on it.
