There are different options for getting around in Atlanta. You can get to different places in the city via automobile or bus. The Xpress bus runs across the 13-county region of metro Atlanta.
Airports
Atlanta is the hub for Delta Air Lines. Atlanta International Airport is 8 miles south of downtown. The Atlanta airport is busy and sees flights from many different airlines every day.
Automobile
While it can be difficult to drive in the Atlanta area due to traffic, it is possible. Be sure to take advantage of the HOV lanes if you are traveling with 2 or more people in your car.
