There are many different options for getting around in Seattle. You can get around via automobile, bus, rail, monorail, and ferry. Link Light Rail connects parts of the city. Sound Transit provides regional rail service.
Airports
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is 13 miles south of downtown. Sea-TAC is a hub for Alaska Airlines and Delta. The airport is the busiest in the Pacific Northwest and sees flights from many different airlines every day.
Automobile
Driving can be difficult in the Seattle area due to traffic and older streets. Be sure to take advantage of the HOV lanes if you are traveling with 2 or more people in your car.
